Before becoming a seminarian, Robert was a missionary with St. Paul's Outreach (SPO), a missionary organization that works on college campuses. He specifically worked in men's formation specializing in building trust, accountability, and community.

Deacon Tom Cabeen has served at St. Francis Xavier for the last two years. His conversion story from Jehovah's Witness to Baptist to Episcopalian to Catholic is a fascinating one. After conversion to the Catholic faith he soon began studies for the diaconate and was ordained for the Diocese of Hartford, CT. He's know a deacon of the Diocese of Tulsa.
