Hello Fathers. Thanks for your explanation of the Mass. I am always amazed at how I have participated in something for nearly 50 years I am still learning more about it even though most has not changed for hundreds of years. I just learned about “and with your spirit” and how at one time we said it 7 x and each time it relates to one of the gifts of Holy Spirit. No longer do we say it 7x yet the meaning is still implied. Also read Bishop Mueggenborg explain it to mean
